Dear FreightStream Users (of Windows Vista)

Windows XP is the last client version of Windows that includes NetMeeting, which means NetMeeting is not included with Windows Vista. However, there is a hotfix available through Microsoft's website which will allow you to use Netmeeting with Windows Vista machines. This will allow for faster remote connections for us to provide you with technical support.
