How to use our BBS (Bulletin Board System)

Here at Suntek, our company's BBS is used for customer technical support and internal communications. We encourage all FreightStream users to use our BBS
in order to receive faster and more efficient technical support. We give first priority to service requests submitted through our BBS system, and therefore you will be able to get faster service and response than through conventional phone calls to our help line. We will be sending all solutions and responses via our BBS system as well, so now is the best time for you to learn and use our BBS system.

At any time, day or night, you can post a message to our BBS and one of our technical support team will contact you right away ready to solve the issue, without you having to explain the problem all over again.

You can access our BBS directly from the FreightStream program, or if you do not have access to your FreightStream program (for example, when you are out of the office), go to the web at http://www.freightstream.com/bbs and post a message from there.

From the FreightStream program main page, click on the 'Support' tab. You will then be asked to enter your company User Name & Password. (If you do not know your company User Name & Password, please contact us and we will provide it to you as soon as possible)

Once you log in, the first thing you will see is a list of your companies pending issues. If you are following up on an existing issue, please click that issue, and post a message. If this is a new issue, click on the 'New' button, and follow these instructions:

* NAME: Choose your name (or if you are not listed, click 'Add user').
* E-MAIL: Enter your return email address
* SUBJECT: Type in Subject [example: (FS1.2) Cannot log in]
* ATTACH FILE: When necessary, attach file or screenshot to give us a better idea of what exactly you want us to see
* MEMO: Please type in detail what sort of issue you are having
